Roger Bach is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and commercial banking professional with over 11 years of experience providing tailored financial solutions to business clients.A graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business and Finance and an MBA in Finance, Roger combines his deep understanding of financial management, credit analysis, and strategic business planning with his lifelong connection to the construction industry.
Growing up in a construction family, Roger worked hands-on in remodeling, flatwork, and vertical concrete construction—gaining a practical appreciation for the challenges faced by contractors and developers. Today, his leadership brings financial acumen, operational discipline, and mission-driven focus to Pioneer Construction’s growth.

Joseph Medina began his construction journey at an early age, working alongside his father and developing a hands-on understanding of every stage of the building process—from dirt work to final punch lists. By 21, he had risen to superintendent, leading full-scale commercial projects with precision and dedication.
With over 18 years of commercial and residential construction experience, Joe has managed and executed large-scale flooring and general contracting projects across multiple states, including healthcare, education, hospitality, and high-rise developments.

Advisory
Rudy Abrot brings decades of entrepreneurial, construction, and leadership experience to the advisory team. He began his career in 1985 as President of RRA Realty Consult, Inc., specializing in real estate marketing, leasing, property management, and investment consulting for foreign clients. In 1989, he founded Magnus Construction and Development Corporation, where he served as President for ten years. Under his leadership, the company completed major projects including a 120,000-square-foot industrial facility in the Philippine Export Processing Zone, multiple restaurants, corporate offices for Time Warner and BNP Australia, and various commercial and residential developments.
Rudy also served as Director of the Board of Investment for a registered Export Zone company, President of Phil-Japan International, Inc., and Vice President of Shimada International, strengthening partnerships across Japan, Hong Kong, the Middle East, and Singapore.
After migrating to the United States in 1994, Rudy transitioned into ministry, earning a degree fromWest Coast Baptist College in 2002 and founding Bethel Baptist Church of Carson, California, where he continues to serve as pastor. In 2006, he successfully acquired and developed a 21,000-square-foot property in Carson through city planning and development approvals.
Rudy’s combined background in construction, real estate, and ministry leadership gives him a unique ability to guide organizations with both strategic insight and integrity-driven vision.
